Shipping policy

Most parcels are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via UPS or FedEx. All Kshok Distribution orders are processed promptly in the order in which they are received. Orders sent to destinations outside the contiguous United States, P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO addresses are shipped via US Priority Mail. You will Be notified upon shipment via email with a tracking number from either the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. If you do not receive tracking information for your package, please check you junk mail filter or contact us.

Out of stock items

It does not happen often, but occasionally we are out of stock of an item that you ordered.  We do not automatically ship out of stock or back ordered items. They will need to be reordered next time you place an order.
