Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Kshok Distribution purchase, please contact us at

kshokdistribution@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, email address and your order number. Item(s) must be received by mail within 15 days of purchase date in order to receive a full refund.  We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

• When returning your purchase by mail within 15 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).

• If we receive your item(s) within 16-20 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Gift Card, you will receive a refund in the form of a Gift Card for the price of the item(s).

• Items received more than 21 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
